Mandala

Fourth graders love learning about Mandalas. We discuss how Mandala's were originally created and how their circular design creates radial balance. We find where circles naturally occur in nature and see how to make a Mandala design by working from the inside out in a circular pattern. Students choose how they want to finish their Mandalas and the results are amazing!
